I happily leave a review for this company and for the technician. TriCity has been our go to for years and we’ve been thankful for their work and quick service. Merrick has come out several times in the last few visits for the bi-annual check up. I love seeing him. He is informative on what he is doing as well as helpful on my part. He seems so careful and honest with what he does and appreciative for my business. Merrick has become a Friend and yet I feel that way about the TriCity Family, as well.
