Merrick is an amazing technician , with great manners and customer service skills. He realized I had a bigger issue than what we originally diagnosed and he immediately , ordered what was needed and got me rescheduled to replace all the ac vent boxes in my house....cheap builders installed sub standard boxes that had no insulation remaining and started causing mildew issues 6 years later, they also were not installed with the correct ac tape and materials. Tri City AC is one of the best companies I've ever dealt and they will be the only ac company to get my business...honest and reasonable folks. Merrick , you and your team Miguel , Raul & Hugo rock !!!!
