Our Preventative HVAC Maintenance Agreements and Plans

When you sign up to be a Tri City AC & Heat preferred service policyholder, you are entitled to:

• Planned Maintenance: You get two maintenance calls each year (one for the heating season and one for the cooling season). The purpose is to inspect for and advise you of any needed repairs (no repairs are made without your approval) and to prevent breakdowns while maintaining efficiency. Our inspection includes a 25-point precision system tune-up.
• Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a breakdown, we will respond to your call as a priority service call.
• Discount on Repairs: When you become a Tri City AC & Heat preferred service policyholder, you are entitled to a 10% discount on parts for repairs.
• Residential Reduced Service/Repair Trip Charge: When you become a Tri City AC & Heat preferred service policyholder, you are entitled to a $89 reduced trip rate.
